What Is Project 8 Million?

Project 8 Million is an opportunity for 10 medical practices to work with VSD and its partners to increase their non–E&M visit EBITDA by $1 million or more.

After growing EDITDA, the doctor can choose to sell the practice for:

At least 8× EBITDA (minimum)
Possibly 10× to 12× EBITDA or more

The goal is simple:

1. Add services that increase non-E&M visit EBITDA.

2. Build the practice to existing buyer specifications.

3. Sell for a high multiple.

An $8 million (or higher) payout is possible, especially with tax planning support to help you keep more of what you earn. Allow VSD to also guide you post sale to place money so earn 10% or more each year on your money. 8 million principal plus 800K in yearly earnings is life changing money that sets the doctor up for retirement.
